19 PAX posted with 3 2.0’s in tow ala Wheezer and Cheese Splint this morning for some fun at OCL.  Quick parking lot lap and we warmed up.

30 SSH IC, 10 WM IC, 10 Merkins, 10 MC IC, 10 Diamond Merkins, 10 MC IC.

To the base of the big hill entrance into OCL.  Start at the basement and run to the ceiling.  5 burpees at the top, 6 at the bottom, 7 at the top….finish at 10 and SSH when finished.

Line up in one of the many parking lots OCL has.  Bear Crawl the parking lot stopping at each Tree for 5 merkins at least 10 or 12 trees.

To the playground for 3 circuits X 2 rounds and 3 separate groups.  Group 1 10 pull-ups, Group 2 Rows on the swings, group 3 Dry Docks.  Switch when the pull up group is done with 10.

Full Sprint AYG around the Rashkis track and circle up near the bridge.  Walt led the way but SP and Beano may have caught up from the back.  Circle up for 40 body weight squats.

Run back to the big Hill to bring it home before Mary. Starting at the bottoms backwards run up the hill then 15 derkins.  Do this 4 times and SSH when finished.

Mary:  25 LBC IC, 15 Left Oblique IC, 15 Right Oblique IC, Six inch plank holds,  15 WWII with hands still don’t use them for momentum, ski abs, Russian Hammers.
