Frogger Sauna

Today at Endorphin 10 PAX showed up in the 76 degrees and high humidity to run, not to PR.  One the way out Cornholio dogged at least 6 frogs jumping across the path.  He is too fast for the horseflies, but they were out (a few casualties) to join us as well.

A lot of walking and slow running on the second half of the run.  All PAX finished strong and healthy.
