Suicides…Bear crawl to first curb, sprint back, Bear crawl to second curb, sprint back

Partner up…Partner 1 chill cut, Partner 2 jump over back and forth, 10 burpees…flapjack…repeat

Jog across the street to the hill. Jacob’s ladder…10 burpees, run down, 5 merkins back and forth until we reach 5 burpees and 10 merkins. Squats while we wait for everyone to finish.

Jog back to the parking deck. Inchworm up the ramp. Bear Crawl down the ramp.
