The Thang:

Jog to upper parking lot for calisthenics:

SSH x 30, merkins x 25, good mornings x 15,  forward and back arm circles x 10, merkins x 25.

Team 1 sprint around parking lot while team 2 does squat hold, switch – repeat 3 times.

Jog to upper field for animal crawls:

20 yard bear crawls x 2, 20 yard crab walk x 2, 20 yard wheelbarrow carry x 2, 40 yard Bobby Petrino x 1; 15 count hello putin, 15 count hello sarkozy.

Jog to amphitheater:

single leg squats x 10, single leg deadlift x 10, squat hold jump up x 10 – repeat.

Jog to base of hamburger hill:

Team 1 bear crawl to top of hamburger hill, do five merkins at the top, run to bottom of hill: repeat continuously until Team 2 completes run around bottom of park.  Team 2 fast run to street, around tennis court, up hill and across field back to hamburger hill.  Switch.  Repeat.

2.5 minutes of mary:

LBCs x 20, hello dolly x 20, russian hammers x 20.

Moleskin:  Lots of crawling around like animals on Halloween.  Tclaps to the PAX for not complaining about crawling around 20 times more than usual.  Had to get in a little more use of the lines on the upper field now that the high school band won’t be using them to practice and they will disappear.   Lots of pain on continuous hamburger hill bear crawls and merkins.  No Tclaps to Chung Lee for forgetting his spiderman costume and for using the same job description as last week #notedbythestationchief
