From the bottom of the parking lot, Catch me if you can. Partner 1 with fire hose heads up the deck. Partner 2 – complete 10 Merkins and run to catch partner. repeato flapjack to the top.

* Alright, Brisket gets MOST IMPROVE. The young man had easily shed, like half his body weight, and is doing the Spartan sprint this weekend. But the biggest thing is the guy asked everybody to go for a run with him after the work out. Kotters and T claps. Giving that boy a F3CARPExDIEM shirt.
* Welcome FNG Asystole from Grand Junction Colorado, another PA among us. The Maroon 5 moniker just would not stick.
* Term paper and Banjo headed over to Bond Brothers to see if any packs came for a little F2, but no avail.
* Term paper did get a wave in from Babyface, who chose to run instead of joining us for a little stair climb with the fire hoses after telling YHC he’d be there.
