The Few, the proud, the Fab Five showed up at Pullen for Rice Bag special. This Q had to modify the workout with less pax than expected. Don’t worry I will repeat this workout in its full glory at a future date.
Warmup with an light jog around parking lot*2 laps including high knees, butt kickers and lunge walk.
Circle up and cadence exercises SSH*10, squat *10, Squat hold for 10 count, Hallelujah squats, Forward and backward (Sir Fazio) are circles*10, Merkin*10.
Partner carry rice bag above head up and down hill while other performs spider merkins then flap jack. Rice bag carry again while partner does X and O’s. Then group wide, high X plank for 10 count.
Carry Rice bags to swing bars for Partner pikeups*10 while other does rice bag squat thrust and clean and press.
Rice bag carry up the stairs by carousel then at top lunge walk half way followed by backward lunge walk to the railing.
Walk the rail without bags. On top rail in cadence walked to the left with each iteration performing a merkin and then moved to the right and repeated. Urkins*10, LBC*15 and then straight leg plank on the rail. Cycled twice.
Moved with rice bags to the half pipe and performed forearm rice bag curls*10 and rice bag bent over rows*10. Up the hill twice with bags.
Light Jog back to the courtyard and circled up without bags. Duck Walk circle for 360 degrees, WW2 situps *25, Merkins*10, finished with 5 sec leg hold. 60 minutes done.
