Longing for summer, the Pax played a little F3 baseball this morning. Here was the drll:

Warm Up

  • 25 SSHs
  • 10 Good Mornings
  • 25 Mountain Climbers
  • 15 Merkins.

The Thang

F3 Baseball:The pax jogged to the football field where the Q had set up a baseball diamond. The pax were divided into 4 teams. Each team started at a different base and was responsible for completing a cumulative 120 reps of a different exercise at each base as follows:

  • 1st base – Merkins
  • 2nd base – Crab Cakes
  • 3rd base – Bulgarian Ball Busters
  • Home – Burpees

Pax did 3 rounds of the diamond. Next time, we’ll make it competitive by allowing teams to lap each other and earn a point for passing their starting base.
