A PAX of 19 showed up for Dutchboy’s long-delayed VQ, which unfortunately didn’ Schembechler who’s still on IR! Dutchboy powered through Schembechler’s absence and some initial lexicon stumbles to lead the greatest Q of his career . . .

An ugly Indian Run, with a requested stop by Duff while he caught his breath (apparently the ‘roids have helped his strength but not his stamina . . . ), then an even uglier Fellowship/Indian/Scout type of run back to the parking lot.
Duff was feeling it and challenged the remaining PAX to the Duff Merkin challenge.

Dutch Boy for inspiration to renew his morning faith routine, Duff for our high school classmate Lee Sanderson who died this week, and Apoxy (I think!) request for another F3er’s parent who’s been sick (sorry if I my memory failed on the last one!).
