PAX of 24 at The Judge and this is how we got down after partnering up in the parking lot.
The Thang:
Start at the top of the hill behind the wind machine/whirligig and complete 20 burpees. Run down the hill to the earthen rings and complete 20 jump lunges between the rings (20 each leg or 40 total). Continue down the paved bath behind the dojo to the unpaved trail and complete 20 Freddie Mercuries (20 each leg or 40 total). Run down the unpaved trail to the edge of the woods and complete 20 hand release merkins under the tree line. Run back to the top stopping at each “station” to repeat said exercises. Rinse and repeat as many rounds as possible until time is called at 6:12.
Sisyphus at North Hills Park is a beast but I challenge anyone to find a longer hill climb than we enjoyed this morning – the hill just keeps going. YHC had no idea how many rounds would be completed and almost to a man everyone finished at three rounds totaling 80 burpees, 240 jump lunges and Freddie Mercuries and 60 hand release merkins.
Virtual trophy to the Denali and Swingline team, they owned the hill this morning and were not to be touched in the transition areas. Denali says the secret is a heady dinner of salad greens and beer. I don’t know but T-claps all around.
