9 PAX arrived at Danger Zone ready for a beat down, although no one knew who would be delivering said beat down. YHC happened to check the Q list last night and noticed there was no one signed up. With my co-site Q a little busy these days learning how to change diapers, clean spit-up and running low on sleep, I figure it is time for me to step my game up. Like when the M is not feeling well and it is now your responsibility to get the 2.0s fed, dressed, lunches packed and off to school. It ain’t pretty, but it works. Well that is about how it went this AM.
Warm-up: To the basketball courts for some SSH, MC, Cotton Pickers, Plank jacks, GM, merkins.
The Thang: Scrounge through the woods to find Banjo’s coupons. Everyone needs 2 concrete cores or pavers. We did in no particular order, all with Coupons: curls, burpees, triceps, shoulder presses, bear crawls, lunges, merkins, BTTW, peoples chair, nipplers, windmills and sprints down the court between. Multiple sets. Then return the coupons.
Jog to shelter for ALRSU, irkins, bench t-bags, dips – 2 sets of each.
Then one leg squats, decline nipplers, sumo squats, derkins – 2 sets of each.
Mary – Back the basketball court for LBCs, American hammers and big boy sit-ups.
COT – Count-o-rama -9, name-o-rama, 2 RESPECTS, 1 HATE, 6 meh.
Prayers/Praise – Praise and prayers for Katniss as he starts school for his MBA in August. Prayers for M Katniss’ small group mate who recently lost her son, he was in his 20s.
