Twenty-seven PAX were greeted with sub-50 degree temperatures for Monday morning Fetzer beatdown for the first time since last spring. But there was plenty of hard work to generate some energy and sweat beneath those long sleeves.

The Thang:

Warmup: SSH x 20, air squats x 10, IW x 10, arm circles x 10, CDD x 10, mountain climbers x 20.

Jog from Fetzer through the pool complex to Kenan Stadium and circle up on the plaza outside the northwest corner of the stadium for a merkin pyramid, 1, 2, 3 and up to 10, then back down to 1.

Then down the steps to the rock walls outside the entrance to Kenan Football Center for three sets of 12 dips.

Then up the steps to the south to the sidewalk bounded by hand rails for three sets of inverted rows.

Then into the Bell Tower parking garage, running up and stopping at each of six levels for 5 burpees, 20 CDD, 20 jump lunges, 20 mountain climbers, 5 more burpees and low planks.

Circle up at the top of the deck for plank jacks and a mini-Mary: 15 x LBCs, Freddie Mercuries and long slow flutters.

Run back to Fetzer, wrap with more Mary: LBC, Russian Hammers.
