It’s time to see what we are made of…
I don’t think there is any better way to start off the new year than with a good ole beat down! Tomorrow morning we will be gathering in the glorious gloom to challenge ourselves physically and mentally. This fitness test was created by a few crazy PAX in F3-Raleigh (namely Cinderella). It doesn’t matter if you are in peak form or haven’t posted in months (or ever). Tomorrow we will see where you are at and as the year goes by see how you improve.
