1st off. Thanks to the PAX of Dawn Patrol for letting me take over the workout.

The Thing:

warm up: Good mornings, Sir Fazio’s , Hillbillies / Imperial walkers and SSD

Work out: Start it all off 10 Merkin’s and 10 LBC’s Let do a round of 10 sounds fun!

Mosey to the front of CC for some Dora 1,2,3, Partners run. 100 Burpee’s 200 Squats 300 LBC’s That took awhile! Great job by all. Hardly a complaint!!!

head over to the BB court for some Mary and end with COT.
