Thinking about the GoRuck Challenge? Be at Pullen Park at 6:15 am for a Pre Ruck workout before the convergence. This is your chance to put on a ruck and meet some of the guys already committed to the Challenge.
What to Bring:
Ruck- any backpack that you can get dirty and carry 30 lbs in.
6 Bricks- wrap the bricks in a towel and use some duct tape to hold it together.
Thats it!! Get off your ass and kick off the third year of F3 Raleigh the right way.
