AO: The Clarion (Wendell)

This would be my first trip back to Wendell since their grand opening. Iverson would be out with work concerns. Mater, my first FNG who had stuck around, was a maybe, depending on whether he would be in town. I showed about ten minutes early to an empty lot. I did a quick grounds check/pre-mosey. When I returned, I chatted up the two or three PAX who showed up while I was off. We were just about to start when a white flash blew down the street past us to the school entrance. Mater made it just in time! Who knew a Tesla could go that fast? Stryper rolled in shortly thereafter and we got started.

Warm Up:
State the mission, check for FNGs (0), and give the disclaimer
Side Straddle Hop x20 In Cadence (IC)
Good Morning x5 IC
Imperial Walker x20 IC
Sir Fazio Arm Circles forward x10 IC, reverse x10 IC

Main Event
1) Mosey to back soccer field for Rack Em Stack Em around the paved loop. Corner 1 burpees x5, corner 2 merkins x10, corner 3 squats x15, corner 4 American hammers x20 IC.
– From starting corner, head to corner 1 for burpees x5 and return to start.
– Then head to corner 1 for burpees x5, then corner 2 for merkins x10, then back to corner 1 for burpees x5, then back to start.
– Then head to corner 1 for burpees x5, then corner 2 for merkins x10, then corner 3 for squats x15, then back to corner 2 for merkins x10, then back to corner 1 for burpees x5, then back to start.
– Then head to corner 1 for burpees x5, then corner 2 for merkins x10, then corner 3 for squats x15, then corner 4 (starting corner) for American hammers x20 IC, then back to corner 3 for squats x15, then back to corner 2 for merkins x10, then back to corner 1 for burpees x5, then back to start.
2) Mosey to rock pile, partner up and grab one rock for the pair. AMRAP rock exercises while other partner ran the small traffic loop in front of us. Curls, Overhead press, Triceps, Bent Over Row, Should Taps, Bus Driver, Family Feud, maybe another.
3) Return rocks and mosey to the low walls at the entrance of the school for a raccoon crawl along the three sequential walls. Lunge walk between.
4) Bench work on the low walls. L-R Step Ups, Irkins, Dips, Little Gyno Crunches, Derkins. one set, 15 reps each exercise.
5) Mosey back to parking lot for a quick set of Fives between the stairs and the parking lot turn. Squats and Star Jumps.

Mary:
Some combination of Dolly, Homer to Marge, Freddy Mercurys, maybe some others. All x10 IC. Also Stretching.

Tarzan was recruited by Sharkbait from his early morning church exercise group. Hopefully he can bring more out in the future.
Sharkbait was concerned I was going to call 7-11s. I did consider it, but the soccer loop told me Rack Em Stack Em.
Bus Drivers are horrible if you have a big rock. I realized in the middle of the rock work that having one partner pick a big rock and one pick a smaller one would be good for situations like that in the future.
Great coffeeteria afterwards as well.
