Beautiful morning for a bootcamp.
Here’s what went down or as best as I can remember it.

The Warm Up:
SSH x 20 IC
GM x 10 IC
WM x 10 IC
IW x 10 IC
KDC x 10 IC

The Thang:
Run down the trail a bit till we hit the end of it.
Conveniently there’s a rock pile.
All pax grab a rock and follow YHC to the closest hill.
Count off into 1’s and 2’s
1’s carry your rock up the hill. 2’s stay at the bottom with your rock.
YHC calls out the exercise.
Pax will do 10 reps and run up/down the hill to the opposite rock.
Always grab a different rock.
Each exercise goes to 100.

Rock Curls
Rock Triceps Extension
Rock Shoulder Press
Rock Squat

Return the rocks and mosey back.
On the way back YHC decides to take the path less traveled.
Side note YHC is starting to share some of Callhans disdain for the TOC.
YHC was expecting the work out trail to have it’s various stops with exercise stations.
Alas this is no more.
Not sure when this happened either.
