Fortunately for the PAX (and YHC) Banjo reminded me yesterday that I was Q’ing. What to do? What to do? Luckily, a package arrived in the mail – and the workout just wrote itself. 20 men showed up ready to put in some work on this hot, muggy morning. What’s that wenke you got there, Ma Bell? You’ll see. At 0545 we were off. Jog out and around to the community center parking lot and circle up for:

6th: 6 Hydraulic Squats
7th: 7 Clurpees

11th: 11 Imperial Squats (4-count)
12th: 12 Makhtar N’Diayes

(To be fair, we ran out of time and really only got through the full 11 days, but then tagged on 12 Makhtar N’Dieayes and a final run up the hill)

Jog back up the hill back to Billy corner, turn it and burn it back home. Burt looked like he had jumped in Bond Lake. Hot Spot eschewed his normal hill workout for what turned out to be…a hill workout.
