-Good ole’ Ball Bearings. Such a great AO. Such great people that attend this workout every week. I’ve had difficulty attending here lately due to work conflicts and I’ve missed it. I tried to bring the Ball Bearings pain this morning and hopefully I delivered. Was great seeing Box Jump back in the gloom. Looks like he is doing better. Also, Beaker is making some strong strides. He’s off this summer because school is out, so keep an eye out for this guy. Was a pleasure to lead and look forward to being out here soon.
