Awesome turnout for Lip Sync’s debut Q. Even had an FNG (Dog Pound) make a showing in honor of the big day.
Warm Up: Jog around front parking lot/street and then over to the drainage area for each person to grab 2 bricks. Circled up for Windmill x15, Cotton Picker x15, Moroccan Night Clubs x 25, and slow to fast cadence Mountain Climbers x20.
The PAX partnered up for broke back merkin laps in the front parking lot while holding their bricks, with the twist of doing a single shoulder tap for each merkin with the brick. Started with 10 all the way down to 1.
Next up, the PAX jogged over to the track. One partner dropped his bricks while the other partner lined up for a Brick Barrow across the field. Again with bricks in hand, the goal was to wheel barrow and switch when necessary.
Last, but not least, the PAX headed over to the grass area between the playgrounds. Lip Sync took over and led Jack Webs in a 1 merkin to 3 hallelujah ratio. The PAX stayed with the same partners and each rotated between merkins and hallelujahs up to 10 and 30.
