It was nasty cold, but Bret Michaels had a plan to heat up the PAX.  As his first official Q, he stepped up big time, and led a strong beatdown.  Here’s what happened:

THE THANG

Start with a warm up run around the field, and some Side Straddle Hops x 20, Imperial Walkers x 20, Fazio Arm Circles x 10 x 10.

100 meter sprint
10 push-ups

Core Workout

25 crunches
15 push ups
1 min chillkut plank
30 secs side plank each side
1 min bridge

1 mins bridge

NAKED MOLESKIN

Bret Michaels led a strong workout and kept the PAX moving.  His cadence counting wasn’t exactly on point, but everything else was solid gold.  Even in 20 degree weather we were sweating.  Great job!
