There are two ways to start a week: ease in or attack it head on. At Eastbound and Down, 21 PAX chose to attack this week.

Warm up of SSH, Good morning, windmill, mountain climbers, merkens, and peter parkers all x 20.

The THANG:

Run to end line of soccer field. 11’s by running length of field to the base of the small hill, bear crawl up to the top, 10 burpees, bear crawl down hill, run back to where we started and then 1 knee up. Went through that sequence until 11’s were completed. The mumble chatter was high. I think I heard several mentions of “it’s too early for this crap.”

Set of 30 LBC’s and 20 Dying Cockroaches while we waited for all PAX to finish up and then planks with R Arm and Leg high, L Arm and Leg high, and low plank hold to 10 count. Ran to wall lining the path from parking lot to soccer field. 20 Incline merkens, 20 dips, 20 derkens. Continued that sequence with 15, 15, 15 then 10 10 10.

Ran to the tennis courts. Suicide then people’s chair. Suicide then planks with R Arm and Leg high, L Arm and Leg high, and low plank hold to 10 count.

Back to starting point for mary of chilcut peter parkers, pretzel crunches, and 6 inch leg hold around the circle for a 5 count.
