Warm Up:

1 – ½ mile jog

Bear Crawl/Run thru the bushes

1 – ½ mile jog with SSH, Fozio Arm Circles, Good Mornings, Imperial Walkers, Hillbillies.

Groups of 3.  1 runs the loop, 1 does parking lot sprint and 1 starts Dora (100 Merkins, 200 LBC’s, 300 Squats).  Swap as runners complete.

1 more round with 25 WWII’s per person
