A cool rainy day greeted 9 Pax who made the decision to get better this morning. YHC arrived early to find Azul and the two-man clown car of Epoxy and Mr. Rogers ready and waiting. Flag planted as Paper Cut, Zima, Swirly, Pig Pen and Master Builder all rolled in. Great group. Rain? What rain? As the clock ticked down and no Costco in sight, YHC noted grumblings of “not feeling it today”, “maybe we could take it easy”, “we could just stay under the shelter”, and “just call it a day and go get some coffee”. After Epoxy finished, it was time to go.

Last night while thinking of what to do today, I saw a post about the good old Tabata. Haven’t thrown that out it awhile. How about we do that. And how about we only do that. Tabata timer app downloaded. This will either be great, or a total failure. FYI: A Tabata is 8 rounds, with 20 seconds of exercise, and 10 seconds of rest. EASY. Now, if I can just get this app to work…in the rain…with gloves on…

All you got back to the basketball court. At this point YHC had about had it with the Tabata timer app. Most of the time it was fine, but I was ready to ditch it and move on. “We’ve come this far. Let’s finish it.” Finally, some sound mumble chatter advice. Thanks Epoxy.
