As a new site we hoped to get some new men stepping up to Q at The Cougar. We have now had half of our Qs as first time guys which is great. Today Rudy stepped up to lead 16 men on a frigid morning and crushed it.

Part A: Jog to Culbreth Road down to other entrance, Walking Lunge halfway up ramp entrance, 20 Merkins, Walking Lunge other half up ramp, 20 air squats
Part B: Jog to football Field. Inchworm 10 yards, 20 Merkins, bear crawl 20 yards, 10 burpees, walking Lunge 30 yards, 20 air squats, sprint to the endzone, 20 IC WWIIs, jog on track back to start and repeat.
Part C: Jog to picnic benches: 40 IC dips, 20 IC derkins, 15 IC dips
Part D: Jog to gym wall: People’s chair, 10 count through PAX, People’s Chair, 7 count through PAX, jog back to start
