  • “Around the World”. Run the loop with exercise stations at various points.
    • Stop one: The rock pile. pick a reasonable size rock. Curls x15, Upright press x15, Bent Rows x15, Tricep extensions x15
    • Run to half-distance of parking lot. Quickfeet x15, Merkins x15
    • Run up and down stadium ramp x3.
    • Run to home side stadium seating of football field. Dips x15, WWII situps x15, Dips x15.
    • Run to steps and bear crawl down.
    • Run back to start. Burpees x10, Heels to Heaven x15
    • Repeato the whole circuit as many times as you can.

Mary:

  • Jog to playground basket ball courts: LBC’s x20, 6 inch leg hold (10 count around the triangle), Rosalitas x20, boat-canoe

COT:

  • It’s amazing to see the transition in each of our lives, as we enjoy this F3 journey. When we face a wall or hardship there’s always one more thing that you can do. Push through.
  • D.U.B took us out strong.

NMM:

  • It’s tough to figure out #WarDaddy and #WarBaby status when every member of the PAX today are roughly in the same year of life. YHC did not qualify for either.
  • Jimmer is still living in the 90’s…at least musically.
