Arctic winds and temps didn’t chase away 5 stout hearted souls, including Peak Week and Maize (thanks for coming men). Lesser men would have stayed in bed (but I was Qing so I had to show up), but these were men of might and purpose. When the time came they met the challenges head on.
Warm up lap around the tennis courts got the blood flowing, then we moved on Side Straddle Hops x 25, Imperial Walkers x 20, Mountain Climbers x 20, and Sir Fazio Arm Circles x 10 x 10.
Head down to the lower field where we spent most of our time together.
Bear Crawling the Bases (forward, sideways, backwards, and sideways). Recover with a People’s Chair x 20 + another 10 with right leg lifted and another 10 with the left leg lifted.
Lunge Walk the Bases doing Forward LW, Side Squats, Backwards Lunge Walks, and Side Squats the other way. Recover with Balls to the Wall.
Bear Crawls again without the sideways (plank walk), and it was dealers choice regarding how far you went backwards. Recover with People’s Chair x 50.

Mini-Plank-O-Rama (YHCs shoulders were worn out) this included: High Plank x 25, Putin x 15, Sarkozy x 15, Bird Dogs x 10 x 10.
Run the bases x 2 facing right field (run, karaoke, back pedal, karaoke).
Run up the hill for some grass and a little bit of Mary: Dying Cockroach x 25, Freddy Mercury x 25, Russian Hammers x 10, LBCs x 20, Rosalita’s x 20, WWII Sit Ups x 20, Around the circle with a 10 count.
