Warm-Up Circle:

  • 25 x SSH
  • 20 x Good Mornings
  • 20 x Mountain Climbers
  • 25 x Merkins
  • 13 x Sir Fazio Arm Circles
  • 12 x Reverse Sir Fazio Arm Circles

Pax runs past the Fountain of Youth.

  • 25 x Dips – because it was there.

Pax runs/lunge walks to the grassy square in North Hills East and splits into 2 groups.

  • 25 x Merkins – to warm up those shoulders.
  • Round 1: Group 1 Bear Crawls to end of field and sprints back while Group 2 does AMRAP Merkins.  Flapjack.
  • Round 2: Group 1 Crab Walks to end of field and sprints back while Group 2 does AMRAP Wide Grip Merkins.  Flapjack.
  • Round 3: Group 1 Gorilla Walks to end of field and sprints back while Group 2 does AMRAP One-legged Merkins.  Flapjack.
  • 25 x Long Very Slow Flutter Kicks
  • Round 4:  Group 1 sprints to end of field and performs 6 Burpees and sprints back while Group 2 does AMRAP Ski Abs.  Flapjack.
  • Round 5:  Group 1 sprints to end of field and performs 6 Burpees and sprints back while Group 2 does AMRAP Ski Abs.  Flapjack.
  • Round 6:  Group 1 sprints to end of field and performs 6 Burpees and sprints back while Group 2 does AMRAP One-legged Merkins.  Flapjack.
  • 25 x Freddie Murcurys
  • Round 7:  Group 1 Bear Crawls to end of field and sprints back while Group 2 does AMRAP Merkins.  Flapjack.
  • Round 8:  Group 1 Crab Walks to end of field and sprints back while Group 2 does AMRAP Wide Grip Merkins.  Flapjack.

Pax runs to Fountain of Youth.

  • 30 x Incline Merkins
  • 20 x Dips

Last Man Standing.

  • AMRAP Double Jump Ups
