The 22 pax at Juggernaut got to answer that question this morning as we spent almost six minutes doing balls to the wall (with short breaks for people’s chair).  It was a fun musical workout this brisk morning and all left with a song in their heart.

After a tough EC from Pygmy including pull ups, box cutters, running and derkins, we began.

THE THANG

Line up for shovel flag run around the park passing down to the end and last pax runs it to the front.  Always enjoy that.

Circled up for:

SSH X 15, Good morning X 15, and 15 burpees.

Partnered up for some bear crawl suicides while partner did LBC’s.  Then crab walk suicides with partner doing WW2’s.

LET THE MUSIC BEGIN

Wanna Be a Baller – balls to wall during verse, people’s chair during chorus.  This was tough.

Brass Monkey (humpers) – prisoner squats and monkey humpers during chorus.

Thunderstruck – Thunder merkins – a crowd favorite – plank then merkin on Thunder

Turn Down for What – jog in place and burpees when they say “Turn Down for What”

300 Violin – plank wave – high plank and low plank – kind of difficult

Don’t Dream it’s Over – protractor all around

Shared prayer requests for Pygmy’s brother’s girlfriend’s father with cancer.  Pink Slip mentioned another with cancer.  Noriega mentioned a friend going through divorce and PTSD.

YHC shared that at The Forum we have been going through Jonah and it’s a wonderful reminder of the mercy of God.  Jonah ran away from God, was saved and given another chance.  He preached to a horribly violent, child sacrificing, idol worshipping city that turned to God and were shown mercy.  He is good despite anything we have done…we don’t deserve it, but He blesses us nonetheless.

Thanks Pax for a great start to the weekend!!
