21 beasts of men came out this am and were treated to some wonderful weather. Being YHC’s 2nd Q of the week, YHC wanted to come up with something a bit different that earlier in the week. As its darker in the am these days, coupled with quite a few newish faces that may not know the nuances of the trail systems and its wonderful bridges, YHC was not compelled to tempt fate on those trails this am and risk injury. Instead, the PAX went elsewhere in search of work.
A hot lap around the pickle and circle up for some WU. 12x GM’s, 12xMtn Climbers, 20x Merks, 15xIW’s. Pretty standard for YHC.
Mosey on down Norvell Rd down to the pocket office park. Fine pavement to be found at the bottom. No sleds this am men. Another day. Plankhold x 10 per man around the horn. Partner up. P1 bearcrawl halfway around the loop and run the rest. P2 6″ leg hold until P1 returns. Flapjack. Alternate merkens for 6″ leg hold. Continue for 15 minutes. Mosey up hill to rail. 20x irkens. Mosey back to bball court. Music keeps the Pax company. P1 peoples chair. P2 run around the pickle. Flapjack. 2 more times. Mary for 50x lbc.
COT and Prayer.
