It had been a little while since we played a nice relaxing round of golf, so I figured that would be a great idea for the morning.
The Thang:
Quick warmup because we had places to go…

Mosey down the hill and across the field to the golf course. The plan was to run each hole and do 15 burpees beside the green. We had a 5 minute time hack for all PAX to complete each hole or we all do double burpees on the next hole. This worked great for the first hole, until the darkness took one of our brothers when he stepped funny and hurt his leg. YHC called an audible after finishing the third hole and we moseyed back to the main Agoge training area.
From here we continued the same basic plan, run 300-400 yards and do 15 burpees, but stayed in the same area so we didn’t leave our injured brother behind.
In the end, we did the equivalent of 9 holes and 135 burpees. Our injured brother (Moonshine) even picked up and continued on with us! That’s some strong Moonshine! Bass Belly dusted the PAX on the last couple rounds, so he did extra burpees to make us feel better. Thanks brother!
Finished with a little Mary, but I can’t remember what we did. That should teach me to write the backblast a bit sooner next time.
