The inaugural A-Team workout went live this morning at 0545.  The pax of 8 and 1 FNG took to the hill.   We started with a 2 loops around the parking lot with an “slow up front” indian run.

2 x  partner 1 – run to 1st light pole – 2 merkins – run to 2nd light pole 4 merkins – run to 3rd light pole 6 merkins – sprint back

3 x 10 rock workout (bench press)
