While several PAX were off vacationing at the beach, YHC didn’t want those posting to miss out so we hit the sand as well but I can promise you it was no day at the beach.
Warmup:
20 X SSH
20 x Air Squats
10 x Good Morning
20 x Mtn climber
10 x Merkins
10 x Slow merkins
The Thang:
Head to sand pit and partner up:
1 partner bear crawls through 3 volleyball courts and crawl bears back while his partner does burpees: Switch
#1 lunges out and duck walks back while #2 does merkins
Partners wheelbarrow each other
#1 frog jumps out and shuffles back while #2 does air squats
Partners buddy/fireman’s carry each other
Time to leave the sand and head to the shelter for:
12 x dips and 10 x derkins; repeat
Run to bottom of OEC hill and run up all the way to the top of the parking lot for Mary:
10 x long, slow flutter
20 x fast flutter
20 x heels to heaven

Welcome 9 year old FNG Triple Threat! 75 degrees when we started so sweat and sand makes for quite the challenge. We will be getting sand out of our body and clothes for a while
