Records continue to be broken at Tobacco Road. 15 PAX posted this morning for a nice brisk start to their day. 2 of the PAX broke off to do a belated Memorial Day Murph that they missed on Monday due to family obligations (read: The Ms’ didn’t approve).

The Thang:
3 groups spread around 400yd parking circle. group 1 = 200yd sprint, group 2 = jump lunges, group 3 = burpees. 2 total laps for ½ mile of sprints and lots of burpees and jump lunges.
Move to playground picking up rocks on the way. 7 exercises rotate when V-up group reached 30 reps (round 2 went to 20reps). Exercises = V-ups, should press w/rock, curl w/rock, chest press w/rock, kettle bell swings w/rock, merkins, tricepts w/rock.
Move to hill w/rock. Holding rock over head run forwards down the 10yd hill and run backwards up the hill = 10 reps. On the flat field shuffle and touch w/rock for 100yd.
