A strong Pax of 14 started out with the temperature at 13 degrees.  Given the temperature, we kept moving to stay warm and to keep a promise I made to Hope Solo.

Warm Up

SSH x 20, Imperial Walker x 20, Good Mornings x 20, SAC x 20 and 20 merkins to get the Pax ready.
Indian Run around the neighborhood for about a 1/2 mile to make sure the Pax was warmed up and ready to go.  Most of us dodged the ice and slick spots as Box Jump hurdled the ice ponds on the road.

The Thang:

Trying to keep my promise of staying warm, we started with partner wheelbarrows to the end of the parking lot.
Partner work: partner 1 ran to the end of the parking lot while partner 2 performed the work then flap jack to completion for 100 merkins, 100 squats and 100 burpees. (the announcement of the burpees is when there was some mumbling but the Pax held in there and performed well). Grateful to Box Jump who picked up extra burpees for several of us.
Run to the covered parking lot for bear crawls, 20 squats, 20 merkins and 20 burpees.  Thankfully, most of us were sufficiently warm now.

Mary:

circled up for some more great work. LBC x 20, 6 inch leg hold with Pax count around of 5, HTM x 20, AH x 20, WWII x 20 and Plank it out. and then Have a Nice Day. You earned it!  Temperature didn’t even matter today…

COT:
Prayer request for F3 Brothers who are out due to surgery and illness, family member dealing with cancer.
Science and Math took us out.

Great work today men. It was a pleasure to work with you.  Grateful to you for what you bring to F3.
