On the menu today was a 3.3mi run with various weakness eviction stations along the way.

Station 1: (30) count LBC

Station 2: (20) count large angle decline merkins

Station 3: (40) count high slow flutter kicks

Station 4 (30) count guardrail dips

Station 5 (20 count each leg) butt crunching bridge kicks

Station 6 (3) rounds of wind sprints with planks

Station 7 (20) count forearm or “crossfit” merkins (hopefully I don’t get in trouble for saying that)

Station 8 (20 count each leg) bridge march and finally station 9 (20) count standard merkins
