In the parking deck remain with your partner. Partner one does suicides in the deck based on columns – 3 sets. Partner two runs to the benches on the opposite side of the parking deck and does 20 star jumps, 20 box jumps and 10 burpees. Flap jack.
Once completed do wheelbarrows with your partner across the parking deck. Flap jack.
