12 Pax arrived at ethanol not fully knowing what was about to happen. It was YHC’s first time at the site and our very own Epoxy was capping off the long grind that is the shaggy challenge, even amid some controversy.
After a quick look around the park and a few directional questions, we were off.

Partner 1 runs to the top and does exercise
Partner 2 does exercise while waiting for P1 to return
then flapjack 3x
Exercises on the hill for each of the 3 sets were 10 squat jumps, 15 merkins, 5 burpees
Exercises while waiting for hill runners were, peoples chair, balls to the wall, planking
(9 trips up the hill by each partner and only one bloody Knee; way to tuck and roll Wilson)
Mosey to the playground
3 sets of Pull ups x 10 (partner assisted if you must, YHC must on the last 10)
Mosey to the soccer field
