Today we ran a lot (4.2 miles), and we ran fast. Straight out of the gate, all 11 PAX pushed each other and together ran 1.6 miles down Main Campus at about a 7 min 30 second pace before the first stop. Great work all around. The fast start without a break reminded some PAX (yet again) of YHC’s first attempt at leading the Wolf Run (Chong Li Rule #32: The Q shalt not smoke himself, a la Munson); those jabs never get old.
First Stop: SSH (15x), One-Legged Deadlift, right (20x) then left (20x).

Continue with the run back to home base.

Refreshments (Gatorade, not Mike’s Hard Lemonade) were served for COT.
No announcements, no special prayer requests, and two PAX forgot their respective ages — everyone was smoked.
