We started with 10 minutes of Agility.

Ladder Drills. Lateral Movements. and upper body stretching.

Then came a 45/15  second split of TRX pushups, rows, squats, lunges, bicep curls, and tricep curls.

Next was a 30/30 split of TRX and Sprints.

Finished with MARY. American Hammers, WWII Situps, Planks.

COT included unspoken prayers, praise for health, and prayers for a mans sanity in the last few weeks of his wifes pregnancy.
