14 PAX came out to The Cougar on a perfect morning for a workout. YHC Q’d for the first time and learned quickly that the hardest part is remembering your lines. Lots of confusion over the fact that I am supposed to say “down” and the rest of the pax say “one” and so forth. Here’s what we did:
COP:
SSHs, WMs, ACs, WMHs, run in place with high knees and buttkickers, slow GMs
The workout:
Bear crawl to the street light (second street light you comedians, not the one we were standing right next to)
Walking lunges down the driveway
Jog to the next driveway
Side-step squats half way up, do a 180, side-step squats to top of driveway
Jog to the most excellent wall by the new science building
Dips, LBCs, box jumps, derkins, pretzel crunches, more box jumps
Jog to the end line of football field, split into 7 pairs
First pair sprints length of football field and back while others do merkins, crunches, squats, merkins, crunches, lunges
Next pair sprints, everyone rotates to next exercise.
Jog out path into Southern Village. Lost a pax to a twisted ankle on the path, but he seems to be OK. Fellowship jog 0.4 miles down Hillspring. This was easy. Hard run 0.4 miles up Highgrove. This was hard.
Mary:
Plank-o-rama, each pax counts to 5, but instead of saying 5 you say “merkin” and everyone does a merkin.
