Recovering from an eye infection and not 100%, YHC showed up to Q (unlike Coach K who fart sacked on Tuesday night just in case of a Duke loss) . . .

Disclaimer given as one FNG was in our midst and off PAX went.  Ran though parking deck and to back side of parking lot near Target.  Warm up:

  • 25 SSH
  • 15 Imperial Walkers
  • 10 Sir Fazio Arm Circles – forward
  • 10 SFAC – reverse
  • Moved to plank position – rotated 1/4 of way around – 20 merkins – rotated another 1/4 way around the circle and 25 plank jacks
  • 15 good mornings

Ran back into parking deck to bottom of ramp.  Set up urkins X20 on railings. Sprint up ramp to next level, 10 squats, sprint to top of ramp (where cars enter) 20 squats.  Run back to bottom.

Repeato with 10 and 20 star jumps.  Mosey over to parking lot.

Partner exercises:

  • 100 merkins – partner 1 does 20 merkins and partner 20 does plank jacks AMRAP while he waits, flap jack until combined 100 merkins
  • Repeato with 160 squats with partner (20 at a time then switch) while partner in tree hugger position waiting
  • Repeato with 200 reverse LBC’s (25 per partner then switch) – partner in 6″ leg hold while waiting

In between each set we ran some sprints to keep loose.

Ran back into parking deck for set of 20 urkins, 20 quick feet, 15 durkins, 15 urkins, quick feet and 10 durkins.  Then over to the Larry David Stairbarrow area.  No LD today, so no stairbarrows. 10 burpees at bottom of stairs, run to top 6 WWII sit ups, back down 9 burpees and back up 7 WWII . . . continued to 6 burpees and 10 WWII sit ups.  Some finished, some did not including YHC when time was called.
