Mosey over to the retaining walls adjacent to the playground and partner up.
The Thang:
With your partner, complete the following exercises together; 4 half burpees, 4 jump knee ups, 4 burpee box jumps, 4 derkins, and then run up the sidewalk that dead ends at wingate, 4 partner merkin claps at top, and run back to to the retaining walls. Rinse and repeat as many times as possible for 15 minutes continuously and increase # reps by 1 each trip.
I believe everyone made it to 8 reps at each station. Was a gasser up to the dead end at Wingate.
Once time was called, mosey over back to the tennis courts.
10 sprint stack-
All Pax line up on the sideline. Start with 1 sprint all the way to the farthest sideline. 1 burpee. 2 sprints. 2 burpees. 3 sprints. 3 burpees. All the way up to 10 sprints/10 burpees.
Ended right at 6:15 and no time for Mary exercises.

-Great group this morning. I think we got in a few miles. The tennis court sprint stack took a little longer than expected. Never done something like that and I thought it was pretty solid. Definitely will add it in another workout and modify it as well.
