5 PAX at Lame Duck for a modified “game” of Four Square.  Bear, crab or lunge around track (people’s choice) with 4 stops for SSH, merkins, LBC’s, star jumps.  Head to oval lot for rotating exercises on each corner — KB swings, WW2 sit ups, curls or tricep extensions with block, squat press with block.  AMRAP while person in center does 15 (High Life did 20) cinder block burpees.  Cycle thru to each station twice — 8 burpees second time around.

To wall for people’s chair and balls to wall.  Up to picnic tables for irkins, derkins, single leg squats and dips.  3 sets, 20/15/10.

Back to wall for people’s chair and balls to wall x 50, in cadence.

Circle up for LBC and low slow flutter x 25, repeato.
