The Thang:
Mosey to southeastern most trail in the park (about a ½ mile)
Split into 4 groups. Mayhem and confusion ensued. YHC needs to figure out how to split the PAX up without creating chaos.
The rules:
-Mosey back to the shovel flag while the leader of each team chooses the route.
-If you reach an intersection in the path, each PAX completes 10 Merkins
-If you pass a park bench or trash can, each PAX completes 10 Star Jumps
-If you take a shortcut across grass or cross a bridge, each PAX completes 10 Burpees
-Once each team reaches the shovel flag, perform Moroccan Nightclubs until all PAX return
Needless to say, the PAX completed a lot of Merkins. Once back at the shovel flag, Moroccan Nightclubs were executed along with some Squats and LBC’s.
Mosey to the sidewalk roundabout near the playground for Jack Webbs (1 Merkin/4 Arm Raises, 2 Merkins/8 Arm Raises until we reached 10 Merkins/40 Arm Raises).
Mosey to rock pile and pick a rock.

Plank it out until all PAX present. Shark Bait exclaimed “I Smell Bacon”. #ismellbacon Ollie seemed to think it was from the Bojangles around the corner. YHC asked for a 10 count from each PAX while planking.

Floppy Disk’s shoulder surgery (Friday, October 23 around 0700), prayers for his M as a lot of responsibilities will fall on her. FD will be out about 3 months.
