18 PAX ventured into the gloom for the maiden voyage of the S.S. Peace Pipe. No FNGs, a champagne bottle was struck across Her bow and we were off.

Warm-up jog around the parking lot brought us to the basketball court for a circle of:

15 Good mornings

20 Imperial walkers

20 Prisoner squats

25 Merkins (25)

Sufficiently warm, the PAX divided into three partners to complete the following three stations for THE THANG:

Station 1: Partner 1 ran a lap around the parking lot while partners 2 and 3 wheel barrowed to end of second basketball court, flapjack on the return.

Station 2: Partner 2 takes  his lap around parking lot, while 1 & 3 bear crawled to end of the far basketball court, lunge walk back.

Station 3: Partner 3 for his lap around parking lot, while 1 sprinted to the far end of basketball court, and returned with 50 lb. bag of pelletized chicken feed (and back), while partner 2 enjoyed OYO Burpees.

The PAX then repeated all three stations to ensure all had their fill. Or something like that.

25 more Merkins (50) and then mosey to baseball diamond. TClaps to our headlampers for leading the way through the predawn Laurel Park underbrush.

Partnered into pairs, with partner 1 holding BTTW while partner 2 sprinted to opposite field wall and back. Flapjack.

Repeat with People’s Chair. Flapjack. 25 more Merkins (75). Before departing the diamond, Daniel Murphy hit another bloody homerun. Probably.

Returned to culvert for Friend your Neighbor: All selected rock of choice and passed to the left for the following sets:

15 curls (pass rock)

15 shoulder presses (pass rock)

15 Tricep extensions (pass rock)

15 Bent-over rows (return rocks to culvert)

One bonus lap around the parking lot at no additional charge and return to basketball court for Mary.

25 Merkins (100)

40 LBCs

20 Freddie Mercuries.

ENDEX.

Announcements: Arena upcoming

Prayer requests: 5 year old 2.0 Henry’s recovery from being struck by a car (initial medical reports encouraging; prayers for continued good news and healing to full recovery). Elmer Fudd took us out with humble authority.

Excellent work by all this a.m. YHC was grateful to be part of this fine group; the Fellowship was strong this morning.
