Stop signs and paving crews couldn’t keep 26 PAX from enduring a sweatfest at The Falcon.  On a balmy morning, attendance was looking weak until stop signs were ignored and paving crews disobeyed.  It was going to happen.

The PAX started with a quick run to the tennis courts.

Seal Claps x 20

merkins x 20

hillbillies x 20

merkins x 20

squats x 15

merkins x 20

WMH x 12

merkins x 20

We then ran to the playground for double sets of dips and yes more merkins x 15

An indian run the long way to the football field set the group up for the thang.  This is where we met Woody.  No one is quite sure what he was doing on the football field by himself.

The Thang

Cones were set at the goal line, 25 yard line, midfield, 25 yard line and the other end line.  We started with a sprint to the 25 for 5 burpees, to the 50 for 10 mountain climbers, to the opposing 25 for 15 squats, and the goal line for 20 jump lunges, and a spring back.  We did a repeat running backwards.  For our final, Assisi read the mind of YHC and suggested we bear crawl.  So we did.

After a very tiring and quiet run back to the top for Mary, we finished with flutters, LBC’s, and an excruciating series of planks led by Kim Jong Still.  It was my pleasure to lead a great group of guys and we look forward to more growth for #thefalcon.
