We had a pax of 18 strong this morning show up to a glorious morning at North Hills Park.
The Thang: After a brief warmup,
Side Shuffle Hop – 25x, Imperial Walker – 25x, Mountain Climber – 25x, Good Morning – 25x
Jack Webb Pyramid – 11’s from 10 merkins/1 arm raise to 1 merkin/10 arm raises back to 10 merkins/1 arm raise
Then to the SPCA Alert portion of the morning…we went to the tennis courts to conduct animal suicides in two groups:
Bear Crawl and People’s Chair
Gorilla Walk and Balls to the Wall
Crab Walk and Squat Hold
Frog Jump and Plank
The pax was clamoring for more suicides, so our 5th animal was Sisyphus itself.
From the base of Sisyphus, we lunge walked to the first curve, did 10 burpees, jogged back. Then lunge walked to first curve again, 10 burpees, jogged backwards to second curve, 10 burpees, jogged back. Then lunge walked to first curve again, 10 burpees, jogged backwards to second curve, 10 burpees, jogged to the top and planked it out.
Finished with 25 knee ups.
This was my 25th month of F3, hence the significance of repetitions of 25.
Prayers for Screech’s mom who is battling late stage Alzheimer’s, also prayers for a brother (and his kids) going through a very difficult time.
