Jog down to soccer field

Warmup:
* SSH (20)
* Imperial Walker (15)
* Mountain Climber (20)
* Fazio Arm circles (20)

Jog to Baseball Diamond, Round 2:
*         Divide into five (5) teams
*         Squat while each team member runs to the outfield fence and planks
*         Plank until all have reached outfield  fence and do 20 reps – merkins, burpees, balls to the wall, merkins, buprees
*         Repeat til every runner has sprinted 5 times to outfield fence

Jog to Rock Pile, Round 3:
*         Russian Hammer (20), with rock
*         Curls (20), with rock
*         Shoulder Press (20), with rock
*         Tricep extension (20) with rock
*         Diamond Merkin (20) on rock
*         Squat (20) on rock
*         REPEAT

Jog to Baseball Diamond, Round 4:
*         All PAX into plank position
*         Each PAX sprints the bases, you cannot start til the guy in front has crossed home plate
*         Resume plank position until all 14 have run all the bases

Mary, Round 5:
*         Flutter Kick (20)
*         LBC (20)
*         WW II sit ups (40)
