The Thang:

Pax jogged over to the building area on the far end of the pavilion while QIC played a “Ring of Fire” on his cell phone to get PAX in the mood for the “Wall of fire”  Once at the building, PAX assumed peoples chair position  in a line along the wall.  Each PAX completed a called exercise one at a time.  Once they completed the called exercise, the next PAX began until the all had completed the round.  10 rounds of the Wall of Fire included an intermission between rounds of Lt Dan Taylors (think jack webs but a squat followed by 4 lunges) for fun.  The rounds looked like:

 

1 lap around building  followed by 1 LT Dan Taylor

2 man makers followed by 2 LT Dan Taylors

3 jump squats followed by 3 LT Dan Taylors

4 plank jacks followed by 4 LT Dan Taylors

5 burpees followed by 5 LT Dan Taylors

6 star jumps followed by 6 LT Dan Taylors

7 mountain climbers followed by 7 LT Dan Taylors

8 jumping lunges per leg followed by 8 LT Dan Taylors

9 lbcs followed by 9 LT Dan Taylors

10 merkins followed by 10 LT Dan Taylors

 

With some extra time left over the PAX headed over to the rock pile for some extra credit

Mary:

Since we had our rocks, it seemed natural to call the heavy freddy’s x20.   And since this is a Johnny Cash themed workout, lets “give our love to Rose-alitas”  Heavy Rosalitas that is x10.  LBCs x25 and finish out with 10x more heavy Rosalitas.
