22 a day. I dont think i have to elaborate on this number very much, as we are all well aware of the stigma it has. It especially hits home to me, because sometimes I am watching it unfold in front of my very eyes, and there is nothing I can do about it. It is a sad truth. You cant save everyone.

But there is hope….

It comes in the form of pain and discomfort. It comes in the form of commitment, accountability. There is a glimpse of it in every man that posts at an F3 workout. And it grows every day, like a seed planted in the earth. We find it in the Gloom.

We have been entrusted with a great mission. A mission that will take all of our efforts together to accomplish. We must instill male leadership back in this world, one workout at a time. We must encourage each other to grow. We must not be afraid to fail, as we will be lifted up by our brothers.

Be the change you wish to see.  I am honored to be amongst you, as you inspire me to give my all. Iron Sharpens Iron…….

Todays heehaw at Cletus started out with a little agility work, running ladder and cone drills mixed with a 200m jog. We then grabbed rocks from Pit of Woe and took them over to a field, and played leap frog. Starting with Side-Straddle Hops, one person carried one stone at a time 40 m. And when both stones were on the other side, the teammates switched, until they reached 250 reps. We then did the same with Get-ups, and Merkins. We ditched the rocks, and did a small set of partner assisted pullups, and finsihed it off with COT on the Tennis Courts.

A good workout by All. Always an honor to lead you men.

Next week, i challenge a new Q at every post. I will be the Monday Tuesday Wednesday,
